Important Information regarding inquiry and appointment requests online
We offer this service to help our patients who prefer not to call the office for information or an appointment. We know our phones can be busy - and sometimes we have to place you on hold or you might have to leave a message. This site gives you the opportunity to request your appointment at your convenience.
Your inquiry or appointment request (e-mail message) is sent to our office via the internet. Although we feel confident your messages are secure, the internet offers no absolute guarantee of confidentiality in regard to e-mail. Please consider this fact when sending sensitive information.
Remember that some employers may monitor e-mail you send or receive while at work.
Your e-mail messages are received by our patient care coordinator. Our goal is to respond to your e-mail within 1 business day. If you do not hear back from our office within 24 hours, please call.
Our office is open 9AM to 4PM Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday and Friday. We are closed on Wednesday. We will make every effort to accommodate your preferences as best possible.
We are a medical practice dedicated solely to hair restoration. All information shared with us will be treated confidentially and for the sole purpose of setting up your consultation. You will not be added to any mail solicitation list, nor will your information be passed on to any other entities.
